Today's cals: 530, which isn't bad at all. I had a choice at the end of the night between something like an apple, a piece of bread with 1 tbsp of peanut butter (painstakingly measured of course), or a little bit of cereal and milk. I chose the third option -- 3/4ths of a cup of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and 1/2 a cup of 0.5% milk. The whole thing was only 180 cals, and it satisfied a craving, both for flavor and for milk. I don't think the piece of bread and peanut butter would have had the same effect.

I am trying to make sure I get some protein every day without going over my cal limit. I dunno if anyone has any recommendations other than beans (which I hate), but I sure could use some. Peanut butter has protein, but it's also 90 cals for that tablespoon :/. I need ideaaaaaas. :P
