Today's food:
- Cool whip, 95% fat-free, with pills (1.25 tbsp) - 10
- Half of a McDonald's blueberry muffin - 175
- One cup Cap'n Crunch Red Berry cereal with half cup 0.5% milk - 170
***purged the cereal, and got some of the muffin up, too (not sure how much)
- One small green apple - 63
- One caramel chocolate chip rice cake - 60
- One Popsicle ice pop - 35
- One Cadbury Dairy Milk Thins bar - 100
- Calcium chew (20)
Total (approx): 480
Not too bad, all things considered. I've also been exercising a bit today (some walking around campus and jogging in place at home), so hopefully all this will help me in my goals. :)
