Kept it to under 500 cals today... I am proud of myself!!! I am using Fitday.com to keep track of all the foods I eat and their calories and nutrients, as well as my activities (if I do any -- I try to do at least 10 or 15 minutes of something each day) and my weight. The activities I entered only burned off 33 calories, but still -- it's something. And considering that I only ate 457 cals, I guess 33 is a fair percentage of that to burn off.
I will do my end weight for the day in a few minutes. I've just been filling myself with water, though, so perhaps I should weigh in before I finish drinking the glass. :)
EDIT: Final weigh-in... 160.6! Clearly, my body did not want to lose weight in that five-hour period or so between weighings. Ah well. Maybe tomorrow I'll see some change. :)
